A design / build method was used to delivery this 156,000-SF Class A office building. A five-level parking ramp is attached to the building by an enclosed walkway and includes one level of underground heated parking. The site features natural wetlands and an elevated location.
Unique features of the building include one entire floor that mimics Wall Street and is used for commodities trading, a sick room, executive dining room with full kitchen, and a barbershop. Stahl also completed work for the main tenant, Cargill Financial.
