The project consists of complete building construction of a new Data Center facility. This new facility is a one-story structure of approximately 45,500 SF and will provide information technology equipment space for various University programs. The contracts include General Construction, Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical/Communications/Fire Detection/Security, Fire Suppression, and Site Utilities.
