Stahl Construction Multi Family/Hospitality Projects

The one unique characteristic of multi-family / hospitality projects is redundancy – numerous rooms of identical or similar design. To ensure quality and schedule on these projects, we build a complete mock-up of a typical room. We then identify any missing or substandard items so the trade contractors can avoid making the same mistake in the rest of the building. This systematic, pro-active approach is just one reason why we consistently deliver our multi-family / hospitality projects ahead of schedule, with little or no punch list. After all, we don't want anyone to be without a home any longer than necessary.

Buffalo Wild Wings | new construction

The Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) project is a 5,500 SF restaurant located in Maplewood, Minnesota. BWW used this particular location as their second hallmark store to showcase their new concepts: stained concrete floors, decorative custom millwork, extensive beachwood trim, marmoleum flooring, audio visual technologies, upgraded electrical services, new bathrooms, and a new take-out area design.

Since this was BWW's second store built with the new concept, changes from BWW corporate were occurring in the field during construction. Working with BWW to accommodate changes required Stahl, and many of the subcontractors, to be flexible and adjust their schedules. Even with the changes, Stahl completed the restaurant on time for the grand opening.
