Rather than concentrating on a particular type of building, or a particular type of owner or delivery method, we focus our efforts squarely on the overall building process – getting a building designed, built and occupied – and making that process work to your best advantage. A typical construction project consists of five important phases – planning, design, bidding, construction and occupancy. We refer to them, collectively, as the building process. Regardless of the building’s intended use – education, hospitality, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail, or worship – our systematic approach to the building process does not change.
During planning, we help you define your objectives, weigh your options and make good choices.
During design, we continually review the design for cost, content and constructability so the final drawings represent a quality cost-effective, affordable project that meets your needs.
During bidding, we actively market your project in the bidding community, getting the lowest bids for the work, and then negotiating and awarding trade contracts so no money is left on the table.
During construction, we deliver a quality, well-managed project finished on time and under budget, without change orders, disputes and law suits so you can have peace of mind.
During occupancy, we make sure that all building systems are functioning as designed so you can enjoy a comfortable, energy-efficient building with lower operating costs.
When all is said and done, you can rest assured that the final results will be consistent with our estimates of quality, cost and schedule on which you based your original decision to build.
