CH Robinson Worldwide | new construction / renovation
CH Robinson Worldwide hired Stahl as their general contractor to build out four of its corporate locations: the new World Headquarters Building, Building C and Building E in the Flying Cloud Corporate Center, and its former corporate headquarters.
The 125,000-SF World Headquarters building takes advantage of scenic views; incorporates a three-story atrium, which bi-sects the building; and features a glass accent wall and an open staircase with glass railings. The building also features galley kitchens, 18 conference rooms, a two-story boardroom, and Class-A finishes such as slate wood flooring, and wood paneling.
In Building C, Stahl renovated 40,000 SF, adding new offices and a training center with updated AV equipment, and new finishes throughout.
The Building E project consisted of 58,000 SF and was completed in just 50 days. The project features high-end finishes, a sophisticated heating / cooling system and the latest in communication / presentation systems.
In CH Robinson's former corporate headquarters, Stahl renovated 25,000 SF, improving the mechanical and electrical systems, and upgrading facilities and finishes throughout.
