Community Involvement

Stahl Construction’s employee-led Corporate Giving Committee guides our philanthropy efforts by organizing corporate sponsored donation and volunteer opportunities. Stahl employees generously contribute both time and talent to local charities, educational / youth programs, non-profit organizations, community groups, and arts and cultural foundations.

At a corporate level, Stahl’s philanthropy is funneled through the Stahl Legacy Preservation Association. Through this non-profit we preserve the legacy of St. Paul’s architecture by restoring historic company signs that distinguish the Lowertown neighborhood. This initiative has been made possible thanks to a $45,000 grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Stahl was one of forty-two winners in the Knight Arts Challenge, a community-wide contest to engage and enrich the community through the arts.
