Community Involvement

Stahl Construction’s employee-led Corporate Giving Committee guides our philanthropy efforts throughout the year by organizing corporate sponsored donation and volunteer opportunities. Stahl employees generously contribute both time and talent to local charities, educational / youth programs, non-profit organizations, community groups, and arts and cultural foundations.

At a corporate level Stahl’s philanthropy is funneled through the Stahl Legacy Preservation Association. It is through this non-profit that we preserve the legacy of St. Paul’s architecture by restoring historic company signs that distinguish the Lowertown neighborhood. This initiative has been made possible thanks to a $45,000 grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Stahl was one of forty-two winners in the Knight Arts Challenge, a community-wide contest to engage and enrich the community through the arts.
