Bill has over 23 years of construction and engineering experience while serving in the U.S. Army combined with 20 years of experience focused in managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies. He puts his problem-solving skills to good use by leading all pre-construction efforts for Stahl. He creates a strategic plan on how we can best consult to engage with architects and provide feedback and guidance to progress the project. His ability to handle detail as well as high-level concepts makes him a great asset on any project.
Bill directly manages the project management departments by setting department standards and ongoing trainings for the teams. He is actively involved in business development, pre-construction consulting and the company-wide implementation of LEAN processes.
During pre-construction, Bill works with the entire team and assists Stahl’s CEO with pre-construction planning. He leads bidding strategy to ensure thorough bidder coverage and aggressive pricing. Once construction starts, Bill directs overall team performance, conflict resolution, and change orders.
