PRESS RELEASE: Stahl Breaks Ground on Ladybug Child Care Center

Shakopee, MN; September 14, 2017Stahl recently broke ground on a new Ladybug Child Care Center at 1610 Lusitano Street in Shakopee, adjacent to Jackson Elementary School. The family-owned and operated center will be Ladybug’s third location, and the second built by Stahl.

Ladybug provides child care, preschool, and before/after school programs to children ages six weeks to sixth grade. The new 10,500 SF facility will feature a full-service kitchen, indoor playground, high-design outdoor playground, trails, and a pond used as a nature observatory. It will also feature a mother’s nursing station and a high-visibility crib room for sleeping infants and toddlers. Ladybug will welcome 135 new students in January 2018, with the hopes of adding two more locations in the near future.
