The one unique characteristic of multi-family / hospitality projects is redundancy – numerous rooms of identical or similar design. To ensure quality and schedule on these projects, we build a complete mock-up of a typical room. We then identify any missing or substandard items so the trade contractors can avoid making the same mistake in the rest of the building. This systematic, pro-active approach is just one reason why we consistently deliver our multi-family / hospitality projects ahead of schedule, with little or no punch list. After all, we don't want anyone to be without a home any longer than necessary.
Stahl was the general contractor on this 83-unit Country Inn & Suites hotel project. The property features an indoor waterslide, wading pool with fountain, five whirlpool suites, an exercise room, flat panel 32" TV's in each guest room, and meeting facilities including a business center with full computer access.
