Retail projects are unique in that they can be a "bee hive" of activity, unlike any other building type. With grand opening dates, last-minute changes, landlord work, tenant work, fixture contractors, and even multiple prime contactors on site, it all makes for a hectic pace. Stahl's systematic approach to the building process keeps everything organized and running smoothly, both in the office and in the field. The changes get made, the work gets done, the billings go where they're supposed to go, and the grand opening happens right on cue. Life is good and it's on to the next project.
The Eagan Transit Station is a 15,000 SF, multi-tenant retail project that Stahl completed as a construction manager. Tenants include: Cole's Salon,The Mobile Phone Company, Boston Market, Mist-N-Tan, Premier Cleaners, and Starbucks.
