As much as we might like you to think otherwise, construction is not rocket science. For the most part it’s doing things on time, which requires effectively communicating to everyone involved regarding what needs to be done, by whom and when. Because a construction project is made up of thousands upon thousands of communications, this can be a daunting task.
Our employees have shown that they understand the importance of effective communication in running a successful project. It's very rare to hear anybody on one of their projects utter the words, “I didn’t know.”
Overall building performance and jobsite safety are goals which must be focused on daily.
As they say in construction, “time is money” -- your money, that is. So, when questions arise on the jobsite, Brian needs answers to keep everything moving, and he needs them yesterday. Brian’s years of experience have taught him that when he calls a designer with a question to also offer possible solutions. It’s this pro-active approach to his work that makes Brian such an effective superintendent.
