The one unique characteristic of multi-family / hospitality projects is redundancy – numerous rooms of identical or similar design. To ensure quality and schedule on these projects, we build a complete mock-up of a typical room. We then identify any missing or substandard items so the trade contractors can avoid making the same mistake in the rest of the building. This systematic, pro-active approach is just one reason why we consistently deliver our multi-family / hospitality projects ahead of schedule, with little or no punch list. After all, we don't want anyone to be without a home any longer than necessary.
A design / build method was used to deliver this 146-unit new hotel project.
During design, Stahl suggested that pre-cast concrete be used rather than post-tension methods. By using pre-cast, construction was able to continue through the winter months, saving the owner time and money.
Stahl acted as the design builder for this project delivering a turn-key product upon completion. In fact, substantial completion occurred the same day the property opened.
