Helland Student Center | addition / renovation

As construction manager, Stahl is managing the occupied addition / renovation of 37,000 SF at Minneapolis Community and Technical College's Helland Student Center.

The project includes renovation of 22,000 SF and an addition of 16,000 SF: expansion of student life areas, classrooms, student lounges, activity areas, clinic space (radiology and exam rooms), meeting rooms, student clubs and organization offices, and coffee shop / convenience store.
