Because our focus is on the building process – getting a building designed, built and occupied – rather than on a particular type of building or owner, we work on a variety of projects. Regardless of the type of building, the project delivery method, or the size or scope of the project, we have one goal in mind: to see that our clients get maximum value for their money.

Iowa State University | new construction
Work has begun on the Biorenewables Research Laboratory, the first phase of the $99 million Biorenewables Complex located on the west side of campus. The $24-million BRL building will serve as the new headquarters for Iowa State’s Bioeconomy Institute, and provide a home for several biorenewables programs developed by the Iowa State faculty.
The 70,000-SF complex will eventually include two additional buildings to house the nationally-ranked agricultural and biosystems engineering department.
Upon completion, the project will seek LEED Gold certification.
