As much as we might like you to think otherwise, construction is not rocket science. For the most part it’s doing things on time, which requires effectively communicating to everyone involved what needs to be done, by whom and when. Because a construction project is made up of thousands upon thousands of communications, this can be a daunting task.
Our employees have shown that they understand the importance of effective communication in running a successful project. It's very rare to hear anybody on one of their projects utter the words, “I didn’t know.”
Eventually, all of those little details produce a successful project.
Jason has 18 years of project management experience, 16 with Stahl, working on a variety of projects. His follow-through, and ability to manage the many details involved with a construction project make him a very effective project manager. It would be very atypical for one of Jason’s projects to not finish on time, or not come in under budget.
“Keepin’ it green,” is Jason McMillen’s motto. With his LEED AP status, comes a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to green building practices.
