Retail projects are unique in that they can be a "bee hive" of activity, unlike any other building type. With grand opening dates, last-minute changes, landlord work, tenant work, fixture contractors, and even multiple prime contactors on site, it all makes for a hectic pace. Stahl's systematic approach to the building process keeps everything organized and running smoothly, both in the office and in the field. JCPenney | new construction / addition / renovation
Stahl was hired as the general contractor for three JCPenney projects throughout Minnesota.
1. Baxter, MN: new construction, 84,000 SF. Features new store design concepts with a full service sales floor and administrative offices.
2. Eden Prairie, MN: renovation, 130,000 SF. Complete renovation of space including salon, jewelry, storage areas, and loading docks.
3. St. Cloud, MN: addition / renovation, 5,000 SF. Tenant finishes include salon, jewelry counter, men's department, lingerie department, and customer service counter.
