As much as we might like you to think otherwise, construction is not rocket science. For the most part it’s doing things on time, which requires effectively communicating to everyone involved what needs to be done, by whom and when. Because a construction project is made up of thousands upon thousands of communications, this can be a daunting task.
Our employees have shown that they understand the importance of effective communication in running a successful project. It's very rare to hear anybody on one of their projects utter the words, “I didn’t know.”
Twenty-five years as a Stahl field superintendent have made Lee one of our most trusted site managers. He’s known around our hood as ‘the years of experience guy’ that is always looking ahead and planning. He has 38 years of industry experience and a keen ability to communicate, control the numerous subcontracting disciplines, and solve daily problems making him a key individual in the success of any project.
Lee is a favorite superintendent to many of our project managers and is well respected for his firm and fair attitude which seems to set a tone on each one of his jobsites.
