Leroy has over 30 years experience in the industry, and is a great asset to our staff. A union carpenter by trade, Leroy is a well rounded, calm field superintendent who accepts challenges, has a reputation for running a clean and safe jobsite and brings his projects in on or under schedule and budget.

As field superintendent, Leroy is the information center around which all construction activity takes place. He is responsible for (1) creating the proper work environment, (2) translating the design into coordinated work assignments, (3) interpreting the design documents, (4) removing obstacles, and (5) monitoring performance for time and quality.
