Stahl his acting as construction manager for the occupied addition / renovation of the Helland Center and Whitney Fine Arts at Minneapolis Community & Technical College.

The Helland Center project, consisting of a 22,000-SF occupied renovation and a 16,000-SF addition, includes expanded student life areas, classrooms, student lounges, activity areas, clinic space (radiology and exam rooms), meeting rooms, student clubs and organization offices, and a coffee shop / convenience store.

The Whitney Fine Arts project includes a 3,500-SF occupied renovation and related site improvements.
