The equipment and systems are more complex. And when working in an existing hospital or clinic, scheduling and planning take on greater importance. We have to be more thoughtful, more communicative, and more aware that even the simplest daily construction activities can impact the patients and medical staff in adverse ways. No, we’re not doctors, but that doesn’t mean we don’t do everything possible to make sure our operations run smoothly, just like theirs.
