As much as we might like you to think otherwise, construction is not rocket science. For the most part it’s doing things on time, which requires effectively communicating to everyone involved what needs to be done, by whom and when. Because a construction project is made up of thousands upon thousands of communications, this can be a daunting task.
Our employees have shown that they understand the importance of effective communication in running a successful project. It's very rare to hear anybody on one of their projects utter the words, “I didn’t know.”
We carry a sense of urgency with us throughout every project. The owner, architect, and trade contractors all feel it and see it in the way we manage.
Meghan has over 15 years of experience (nine with Stahl) as a manager in the construction industry, working on a variety of projects. Her enthusiasm and organizational skills make her a great facilitator of the construction process. It’s rare to hear anyone – owner, trade contractor, or Stahl field superintendent – on one of Meghan’s projects say “I didn’t know.” Meghan is also a Commercial Real Estate Broker and a U.S. Green Building Council, LEED Accredited Professional. She is an asset to Stahl and any project on which she works.
