Minnetonka Public Schools     |    new construction / addition / renovation

As construction manager for Minnetonka Public Schools, Stahl completed additions to and renovations of Minnetonka East and West Middle Schools, Minnetonka High School, and constructed the new Arts Center on 7.

Both middle schools underwent extensive renovations that included technology access throughout each school, new science classrooms, expanded multiple-use cafeteria areas, band and pool accessibility, and new conference rooms.

The high school project provided approximately 135,000 SF of new space and 255,000 SF of renovated space. Every room in what is now an almost 400,000-SF building was touched. In addition, most of the renovation and addition work was done while more than 2,000 students continued to attend class.
