The one unique characteristic of multi-family / hospitality projects is redundancy – numerous rooms of identical or similar design. To ensure quality and schedule on these projects, we build a complete mock-up of a typical room. We then identify any missing or substandard items so the trade contractors can avoid making the same mistake in the rest of the building. This systematic, pro-active approach is just one reason why we consistently deliver our multi-family / hospitality projects ahead of schedule, with little or no punch list.
