Retail projects are unique in that they can be a "bee hive" of activity, unlike any other building type. With grand opening dates, last-minute changes, landlord work, tenant work, fixture contractors, and even multiple prime contactors on site, it all makes for a hectic pace. Stahl's systematic approach to the building process keeps everything organized and running smoothly, both in the office and in the field. The changes get made, the work gets done, the billings go where they're supposed to go, and the grand opening happens right on cue. Life is good and it's on to the next project.
As the construction manager on the project, Stahl completed 50,000 SF of retail space, including tenant finishes, for Airtouch Cellular, Caribou Coffee, Golf Galaxy, Paper Warehouse, Pilgrim Cleaners, and Thomas John's Tobacconist.
