Hyatt Place: Minneapolis/Downtown

This occupied design / build renovation updated the former 1980’s design to a contemporary stylish hotel. The hotel features a dual atrium-style layout with 213-suites, meeting amenities, workout facility, indoor heated saline swimming pool, restaurant and bar lounge.

Completed in a compressed timeline, Stahl maintained the budget and schedule constraints while meeting all expectations for this 11-month project comprising 240,000-square-feet. “I am grateful for the efforts given by the entire team on all sides of the fence. This is truly a Cinderella story. The conversion has been nothing short of phenomenal. I believe this to be the nicest Hyatt Place in the country,” stated the ownership group.

This project was a finalist for two Minnesota Construction Association Project Achievement Awards.
