Richfield Municipal Center

This new facility contains city offices, council chambers, police offices, gun range, 911 dispatch, administrative areas, fire apparatus bay and training spaces for the City of Richfield.

The new City Hall was built eight feet from the existing building which remained occupied and in full operation until the new building was completed, at which time it was torn down. City staff and community members were in and around the jobsite daily throughout construction.

This project received the Minnesota Construction Association Project Achievement Award.
