UMD: Swenson Civil Engineering Building
This building adjoins Voss-Kovach Hall and houses six sophisticated teaching / research laboratories, classrooms, and offices. Two laboratories feature two-story glass to showcase testing and one features a large flume with heavy volumes of water recycled from roof scuppers.
Stahl exceeded a 10% WMBE goal with actual participation of 18%. This was the first time on a University of Minnesota Duluth project that the goal had been met.
