White Bear Lake Public Works

This project included a new public works facility, salt / sand building, an outdoor materials storage area, a fuel island, rain gardens and natural screening elements.

During planning for the new facility Stahl attempted to incorporate as many “green” features as practical: a green roof over the office area, geothermal heating and cooling, passive solar and photovoltaic cells, and energy efficient lighting with motion sensors.
