Because our focus is on the building process – getting a building designed, built and occupied – rather than on a particular type of building or owner, we work on a variety of projects. Richfield City Hall | new construction

Stahl is working as the City’s construction manager to deliver a new 98,000-SF city hall, licensing and police / fire facility.

The new building is being constructed less than 100 yards from the current City Hall, which is fully occupied by City staff and open to the public. Also, the site is completely surrounded by occupied residential homes. Because of these factors careful planning and acute communication has been paramount.

Upon completion, the City of Richfield will operate out of a modern new facility housing city offices, council chambers, police offices, a gun range, 911 dispatch, administrative areas, a fire apparatus bay, training spaces, and dorms.
