Stahl Construction Multi Family/Hospitality Projects

The one unique characteristic of multi-family / hospitality projects is redundancy – numerous rooms of identical or similar design. To ensure quality and schedule on these projects, we build a complete mock-up of a typical room. We then identify any missing or substandard items so the trade contractors can avoid making the same mistake in the rest of the building. This systematic, pro-active approach is just one reason why we consistently deliver our multi-family / hospitality projects ahead of schedule, with little or no punch list. After all, we don't want anyone to be without a home any longer than necessary.

Shenandoah Apartments | new construction

The Shenandoah Apartment complex was constructed in eight month's time. The owner requested a fast track schedule and Stahl was able to turn over one-third of the building in six-months.

In addition, Stahl constructed a 5,500 SF community center that includes, a pool, a management office, a community room, locker rooms, and an exercise room.
