The one unique characteristic of multi-family / hospitality projects is redundancy – numerous rooms of identical or similar design. To ensure quality and schedule on these projects, we build a complete mock-up of a typical room. We then identify any missing or substandard items so the trade contractors can avoid making the same mistake in the rest of the building. This systematic, pro-active approach is just one reason why we consistently deliver our multi-family / hospitality projects ahead of schedule, with little or no punch list. After all, we don't want anyone to be without a home any longer than necessary.
Stahl was hired as the general contractor for two new SpringHill Suites projects: 118 rooms and 126 rooms.
Amenities at each include an outdoor pool, exercise facilities, a laundry center, and administrative offices. Each project was designed as an extended-stay facility, and features apartment-like room designs.
