Public-sector work requires a different mindset than does private-sector work. Rather than dealing with a single decision maker, public-sector work requires that we interact with a group of people who digest information at varying speeds and reach conclusions in different ways. We understand how public organizations function, and are sensitive to the group members in terms of positions, intentions and needs. Our patience with boards, committees and other public groups, and our ability to facilitate the sometimes challenging public process make Stahl particularly well-suited for this kind of work.
Stahl was hired as the general contractor for this 130,000-SF new construction project. The facility features courtroom facilities, administrative offices and a 70-cell jail. This project has been honored by the National Institute for State Courts.
