Stahl Construction Current Projects

Urbandale Middle School | addition / renovation

This 123,000-SF project consists of selective demolition and renovation of existing spaces (55,000 SF), mechanical and electrical upgrades and the installation of fire suppression systems.

The new portions include 68,000 SF: three, single-story additions including science and general / special education classrooms, cafeteria / commons, gymnasium, locker rooms and a mezzanine level wrestling / fitness area.

The project will be phased over 23 months.
