Urbandale Middle School    |    addition / renovation

This 123,000-SF project for Urbandale Community Schools in Iowa consists of a complete renovation of the existing school, including mechanical and electrical upgrades and the installation of a new fire suppression system.

The new 68,000-SF addition includes science and general / special education classrooms, cafeteria / commons, gymnasium, locker rooms and a mezzanine level wrestling / fitness area. The project is being phased over a 23-month time frame.
