St. Therese of Deephaven selected Stahl as the general contractor for the addition and renovation of the St. Therese Education Center three years prior to commencement of construction.  During this three-year period, Stahl provided pre-construction services in conjunction with the architect, attended building committee meetings, and searched for ways to provide the congregation whith the upgrades they needed for a price they could afford.

Because the building remained occupied and in use throughout construction, a safe and clean jobsite was a top priority. In addition to daily cleanings, Stahl took many steps to ensure safety including building temporary walls to block off the construction area and temporary corridors to allow for safe passage, erecting temporary fencing and barricades, and relocating the parking lot and bus drop-off route. 

The 25,000-SF addition included new administration offices, a cafeteria, and classrooms.
