Army National Guard: Readiness Center

New construction of the 135,000 SF Readiness Center for 34th Infantry Division MN National Guard. The complex serves as the new home for the division, known as the Red Bulls. In the last decade, this unit has grown significantly in personnel, equipment, and technology and the new facility provides necessary administrative, training, secure work, and storage areas. The project was awarded LEED Gold.

The nature of the building being a military facility requiring strict safety and security controls and a secure solar field on-site requiring extensive documentation and commissioning.
