This project was an occupied renovation of the lobby and breakfast areas, and updates to 252-guest rooms and bathrooms. Stahl was selected due to past experience working with tight sites, expedited schedules and budget challenges.

Stahl was able to work with the client to value engineer a number of solutions to position their property improvement project within the allowed budget. Stahl also planned the schedule to ensure the exterior work was done during the right season and the overall project was completed in time for the spring break rush.

This project received the Renovation Award by the IHG – InterContinental Hotels Group.
