Wayzata Library & City Hall

As construction manager, Stahl built a new 17,000 SF library and added 15,400 SF of space onto the current facility housing city hall, police, and fire stations.

This was a signature project for the City of Wayzata. High-end materials were specified, requiring great care and attention to detail during installation. The site provided little room for storage and staging of materials, and City offices had to remain open and functioning throughout construction, making effective site logistics management crucial.
