This new facility includes areas for the patrol, administration, civil and transport, criminal investigation, records management, SWAT team, water rescue unit and special operations.

Also includes a new tri-county Regional Forensic Lab, which was the first of its kind in the nation, capable of fingerprint analysis, drug testing, DNA analysis and other forensic disciplines.

The project adhered to the State of Minnesota’s Buildings, Benchmarks & Beyond (B3) guidelines for sustainability.

This project received the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Best in Real Estate Award, the Minnesota Construction Association Project Achievement Award, and the Minnesota Concrete & Masonry Contractors Association Excellence in Masonry Award.
