Heritage Elementary School

This one-story school features a cafeteria, library facilities, classrooms, commons area and gymnasium.

The school was built during the severe flooding that took place in Omaha, Nebraska and Council Bluffs, Iowa. Contractors were being paid a premium to work on flood projects and many chose those projects over other commitments. The Stahl team was very active throughout the project, working to avoid major conflicts with subcontractors and keeping the project on schedule and under budget.
