Lakewinds Natural Foods

Stahl has completed multiple additions and renovations at Lakewinds stores in Minnetonka and Chanhassen, MN. The new upgraded facilities better represent the Lakewinds brand and provide customers with a more enjoyable experience.

In addition, Stahl constructed a new third location in Richfield, MN. This store includes a 1,900 SF mezzanine office area, sustainable elements, a full deli / bakery with café seating, a meat / seafood serving area along with produce, bulk foods, dairy cooler, frozen foods section, and a wellness desk. The project adhered to the State of Minnesota’s Buildings, Benchmarks & Beyond (B3) guidelines for sustainability.

The Richfield project received the Minnesota Shopping Center Association Tribute Award for Retail Real Estate and was a finalist for the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal Best in Real Estate Award.
