Working as the design builder, Stahl delivered this 113-room hotel including coordination of all FF&E. This was the first of Choice Hotels’ new Cambria Suites design to be developed in Minnesota. It is located near the MSP International Airport and the Mall of America and features a more stylish contemporary atmosphere for business travelers and families alike.

Stahl led the transition from a Cambria Suites into the current SpringHill Suites and more recently, was brought back to renovate and update the property to reflect current brand standards.

The initial Cambria Suites project was a finalist for the Minnesota Construction Association Project Achievement Award.
