The Carlyle

Stahl was selected as a partner to remodel finishes throughout this modern luxury residence. Located on the Mississippi riverfront in the historic Mill District, Stahl renovated the first and fifth floor common areas including the lobby, building a new club room and yoga room on fifth floor and installing new finishes on all residence floors in the 39-story building.

Originally built in 2007, The Carlyle was instantly a notable structure in downtown Minneapolis and is the tallest residential building in Minnesota. The building is home to two hundred forty-nine residences with views of the cityscape, river, and the surrounding metropolitan area.
